The production line includs the following equipments:

First part: Air compressor (alternate using)       2 sets   the power is 15KW/set

Or screw compressor                1 set  power is 18.5KW

Second part: Air tank                        1 set    the volume is 0.4 M3

Third part: The oven for heating               1 set     the total power is 18KW

Forth part: SJ-45 single screw extruder          2 sets

the power of extruder is 5.5KW/set (changing frequency control speed)

the power of motor in the part of heating is 10KW/set

Fifth part: Mould                            2 sets   

Sixth part: Takein machine                    1 set    the power is 3KW

Seventh part: Cutting machine                 1 set

Eighth part: Controller                       2 sets

Nith part: Cleaning box for the mould           1 set
